What is the booking process?
Choose your car, send your drivers licence and make rental payment to secure booking.
When do I make the Security Bond payment?
This is paid 2 days prior for a transfer or on arrival with bank card.
What are my payment options?
Rent – Card + 3% card and admin fee using the link on the invoice.
Bond – Transfer with no fee or Card + 3% card and admin fee.
What is the handover process?
Prestige & Yourself will take a full series of photos and send into our group Whatsapp chat.
What is the damage process?
Not At Fault – Retain your bond until we have proof and claim number from at fault party
At Fault (minor) – Charged at cost of repair and deducted from bond
At Fault (major) – Bond retained and potential trigger of excess payment.
Do I need to clean the car upon return?
No, you do not need to clean the car however it should be returned in a respectful condition.
If returned excessively dirty (sand, mud, food, drink, etc) rectification will be deducted from bond.
Am I allowed to smoke and drink in the car?
No smoking and animals are prohibited from our cars.
Do I need to pay for the fuel?
Yes, the car is given to you full and should be returned full.
You must provide the receipt showing the correct fuel.
What if I have a break down or see an engine light?
Pull over and call us a soon as possible on 0414 000 111 to provide a solution.
When does my security bond get refunded?
5-7 days after the vehicle is returned provided no damage, incidents or public holidays.
