They offer a fleet of high-end vehicles, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Nissan, catering to both short-term and long-term rentals. Their services are available at competitive rates, aiming to provide stylish performance vehicles at a fraction of competitors’ prices. The Frankston location operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM .

Can't express how disappointed I am with Prestige rentals...
Rented with Prestige Rentals for three times now. I rented the E63 a year ago, absolutely amazing car. The staffs, especially Alim Goga and Adi Pande was very nice and friendly. With their help, my first two experiences with Prestige rentals was amazing, buttery smooth booking, payment, car pickup and return. The bond payment return was also very quick, just amazing experience overall.
This time however was very disappointing.
My payment to them was rejected by my bank multiple times for some reason, I had to call up my bank to unfreeze my card and remove the security function of my card. And you know banks, they love to take their time.
We scheduled on WhatsApp for a 12pm airport pickup, explicitly telling them that my flight is landing at 11:15am and that I expected I will be able to pick up the car at 12:15am. However, they somehow came to the airport 10am (when I'm still on the plane) and then blamed me for the “delay” because apparently on their booking system it says 10am... I struggle to understand how it is my fault! Very aggressive tone when they called me, blaming me for the so called "delay" and affecting their other customers... But I was feeling much better after getting the car and meeting their staff Andreas, who was very nice in person, we called it a miscommunication and I moved on.
Things took a turn again when we scheduled a 10am car return on the last day, I was 15 mins late due to unexpected traffic in Melbourne and I take responsibility for that. However during that 15 minutes, I was bombarded with calls and texts from Andreas telling me to hurry up. I understand that they had other customers waiting, but the tone was unnecessarily aggressive and made me feel quite uncomfortable and rushed. A bit more patience and professionalism would have gone a long way.
I would give 4/5 for the cars, and 2/5 for the service. So 3/5 overall.
Edit: it has been more than a month now since the car's returned, and they still haven't returned my security bond ($6000) back, ignore that I said "the bond payment return was also very quick" in the first sentence. I used to recommend Prestige Rentals to my friends in Melbourne, now I won't even think about using their service again myself. Crazy how one can change a perception of a company just by one bad experience.
From 3/5 stars to 2/5. Not a 1 only because the E63 is still one of the best I've ever driven.

The Lamborghini Aventador I drove was crazy awesome. The V12 is an incredible sound. 100% coming back again soon for another supercar hire. Very keen to drive the Ferrari next.

Amazing experience with the guys at Prestige rentals, loads of fun and excitement. Had the best time at the Melbourne Yacht Party. Will definitely recommend to all.

From the first phone call to disembarking our yacht party, Prestige Rentals were very professional and had a great vibe. Thanks again to the team for making the yacht charter one to remember. The automated lighting included the coloured underwater lights and massive sound system were amazing! Prestige Rentals Yacht Charter Melbourne also organised catering and an onboard chef.
