This was my first time renting a car. Prestige Rentals made it so easy, and we’re very thorough in making sure the experience went as smoothly as possible. Went for the Mercedes and had a spectacular time! I really recommend going with Prestige 🙂

Wow! What can I say about these guys? Friendly team, great communication, great cars and first class service!!
I was a bit hesitant to rent a luxury car for me and my family for our holiday, due to a few bad eggs giving the industry a bad name, and some bad stories about bonds not being returned etc.
But that has all changed now with Prestige Rentals. From the outset, they moved quickly to help us get the car we wanted, a Range Rover Sport with baby seats for our kids. They got the car down to Gold Coast from Brisbane, and because we got in a bit earlier than forecast, they booked us an Uber and delivered the car straight to our hotel. An absolutely seamless process with no hitches, pretty much what you need when travelling with young kids. (Oh and the car seats were brand new still in the packaging!!!)
The car itself was a treat, spacious and luxurious and perfect for our trip. No issues on drop-off, and again great communication from the team.
My bond was returned earlier than the specified timeframe and returned in full.
